If you live in Canada or the United States, we can do an over-the-phone podcast, as I have a toll-free number. Otherwise, we can use Zoom.

I’m from Ottawa, ON, Canada. Time Zone is UTC -5 / Eastern Standard Time (EST).

My hours of availability to have guests on my show or for me to be a guest on someone’s podcast are as follows:

Monday to Friday from 1000hrs to 1530hrs, excluding Canadian STAT holidays.
